Browse our Shop, choose your size and add items to your basket. When you're ready, go to checkout, enter your details and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away.
Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@style-boutique.co.uk. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it. Once it has shipped, you'll need to follow our returns process instead.
First check your spam or junk folder. If it isn't there, email us with your name and the email address you used at checkout, and we'll confirm your order.
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within [14/28] days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with their original tags attached. See our Returns Policy for full details.
Email contact@style-boutique.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you the return instructions. We recommend using a tracked service, because we can't be responsible for parcels lost on the way back to us.
Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we'll process your refund within [5–7] working days. It goes back to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
We're so sorry if this happens. Please email us within [48 hours] of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll put it right as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple and Google Pay, Klarma, ClearPay. All payments are processed securely, and we never see or store your full card details.
We currently deliver across the UK with next day UK delivery via DPD.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day for next-day delivery (if ordered before 3pm). Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.
Check your tracking link and look around your property or with neighbours in case it was left safely. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
