You can browse our website without creating an account. If you do create one, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
You agree not to misuse our website. That includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. This is not yet an acceptance of your order.
A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there’s an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens, we’ll let you know and refund any payment in full.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
We make every effort to show our products accurately, including colours, materials and sizing. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in fabric or finish can occur.
Sizing information is given as a guide. If you’re unsure about fit, please contact us before ordering.
All items are subject to availability.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders that have already been confirmed.
If we discover a clear pricing error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you. You can then choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
We deliver to mainland UK. Delivery options, costs and estimated timescales are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and aren’t guaranteed. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll let you know. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of ordering, you can cancel it for a full refund.
Responsibility for the items passes to you once they’re delivered to the address you gave us. Please make sure your delivery details are correct, because we can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that you entered.
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items.
Items should be returned unworn and unwashed, with their original tags attached. We may reduce your refund if an item has been handled beyond what’s needed to try it on.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not what you ordered, please contact us and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights. We cover the cost of returning faulty or incorrect items.
This doesn’t apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or not following the care instructions.
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

All content on this website belongs to Style Boutique or our licensors. That includes text, images, logos and design. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it without our written permission.
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
If you leave a review or comment on our website or social media, it must be honest and must not be offensive, misleading or unlawful. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring legal proceedings in your local courts.
