  • Professional advisers: accountants and legal advisers, where needed
  • Authorities: where we’re required to by law

These companies act on our instructions and must keep your data secure.

5. How long we keep your information

  • Order and transaction records: 6 years, to meet HMRC requirements
  • Account information: until you close your account, or after 2 years of inactivity
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe
  • Customer service messages: up to 1 year
  • Analytics data: 12 months

After these periods, we securely delete or anonymise your data.
